Returns and Refunds

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on subscription boxes that have been delivered. If you received an item that you do not like or cannot enjoy, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

For non-food items purchased outside of the subscription box, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss an exchange or refund at contactus@vacaysandvittles.com or 410-497-7429. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contactus@vacaysandvittles.com or 410-497-7429 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
